Inside the K9 Pro ESS there exist 2 ES9038PRO DAC chips, specifically designed to optimize performance in desktop headphone amplifiers. A chip with parallel outputs is used per channel to achieve sound in a special class with minimal distortion.
Pure sound - satisfies even the pickiest
The amplifier modules housed in the K9 Pro ESS (THX AAA 788+) provide exemplary detail and outstanding dynamics regardless of whether you use low or high impedance headphones. Even at 300 Ohm, 1100 mW is produced and at 32 Ohm you have a whopping 2100 mW. That's a 50% increase from the original THX amplifiers.
Dual femtoclock
A "dual-mode clock management" design is used in the K9 Pro ESS. For USB and Bluetooth decoding, this is used. Precision and control are achieved to assure you of maximum quality.
Volume - Gain - Connections
With K9, you can make sure that the problem of channel imbalance is eliminated. This is due to a method called: ADC curve reconstruction. You have access to low, medium and high gain, which are easily accessible on the front panel. In this way, you can easily adjust the volume regardless of whether you use headphones and/or earplugs with high or low impedance.
