The Paris u’Select is a grinder for salt. It has a patented grinding system with 6 fixed grain size settings, so you decide how you want your salt to be - from perfectly fine to coarse. Simply turn the ring at the bottom of the grinder and select the desired fineness. Once the setting is selected, it does not change when you use the grinder.

Which salt can be used?
Peugeot recommends using salt with a diameter of 4 millimeters or less for the salt grinder to function optimally.

The grinder is adapted to dry sea salt or milled salt (rock salt). Do not use wet types of salt such as sea salt or Guérande salt, which easily absorb moisture, which increases the risk of rust in the grinder. Do not use ordinary coarse table salt either, as this salt has already been ground several times and therefore simply sprinkles through.
