Question: "Can multiple users be set up so, for example, both mom and dad are connected to the watch?" Answer: Yes, they can. The parents/guardians must each download the app -> First, connect one mobile to the watch by scanning the QR code on the watch. Once connected, the other parent/person can connect to the watch by scanning the code -> Then access must be approved from the first connected mobile. This will appear in the app. -> There should now be two mobiles connected.
Question: "Can video calls be made as usual via the phone (outside the app)?" Answer: No, video calls are only possible through the app.
Question: "Can you call to and from the watch? For example, so the child can call a parent/guardian and vice versa?" Answer: Yes, that's exactly what you can do. The watch also has a phonebook where you can enter numbers.
Question: "Can you call other numbers that are not registered via the app?" Answer: Incoming calls from all numbers are accepted (unless numbers are blocked - then only numbers from the phonebook can call).

Question: "The location is showing completely wrong." Answer: It may be LBS - location-based service. It takes the position from cell towers/antennas, so the location can be very inaccurate. I recommend turning it off and seeing if it helps. In the app, under "settings" -> go to "LBS" -> it is at the bottom of the page, and it should be turned off. Restart the watch afterward and wait up to 2 hours and see if the location improves.
Question: "To what extent can the watch withstand water?" Answer: IP67 according to the manufacturer – that means it is dustproof and also waterproof up to 1 meter for about 30 minutes.
