This is a story about "Bear" and "Cat". You are "Cat" who is the assistant of "Bear" who runs this restaurant. Players can learn about their favorite dishes by "diving" into customers' memories. ... but actually you don't remember who you are. Not even your favorite foods.

Bad news: You're dead. Good news: At least you've gone to heaven!
When you first wake up in the afterlife, you find yourself on a small deserted island in the middle of the ocean. No pearly gates, no choir of angels to greet you - just a few palm trees and an annoying little bird to keep you company. For a place called Heaven, it sure doesn't feel like paradise. There is nothing to protect you from the elements and there is not even any food to eat. In fact, it seems that the only thing here is an old fishing rod lying down on the bank. Looks like you're going to have to learn how to fish.
Luckily, you won't have to be alone for long, as you'll soon have access to your very own boat and a nifty little gadget called a "skyPhone". With it, you can plan fishing expeditions, upgrade your equipment and take requests from the various inhabitants of the afterlife. By fulfilling their wishes, you get closer to each of these kind souls, eventually gaining access to new fishing spots and even more interesting types of fish, and each step brings you closer to uncovering the mysteries surrounding the legendary godfish...
Fishing Paradiso is a narrative-driven adventure game designed to be both therapeutic and engaging with its relaxing gameplay and RPG-like progression systems.
