This nourishing toner combines the rich benefits of rice extract and rice amino acids, which penetrate deep into the skin to hydrate dry and rough skin. The rice extract has a brightening and anti-aging effect.

The toner has a Bi-phase formula, with a moisture boost layer filled with rice extract for hydration and a powder layer based on kaolin clay to control sebum, clear pores and prevent acne breakouts! This combination helps to soothe sensitive skin and create a smoother texture, making it ideal for achieving a radiant complexion.
